What are monday.com Lead forms and how do they work?
Technically, they are just called “forms” in monday.com but I am using the term “Lead” because we are using the form for lead capturing. Lead forms are forms containing questions directly linked to your Lead board. Let’s take my Lead form for example.
My first 3 questions are all required (see the red asterisk) and are directly linked to my Lead board. So, once a prospects clicks the submit button at the bottom, the “First and Last Name” will appear in my “Name” column, “Email” will appear in the “Email” column and “Company Name” in the “Company” column and so on. So, sales reps don’t have to manually enter the data. Also, you can set up an automation assigning and emailing a sales rep whenever a new lead comes in. Then you can set up another automation to send email reminders as long as a new lead has not yet been reached out to.
